Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Verona, Wisconsin is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Golf Club, seeks an exceptional and highly motivated Senior Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure the course consistently meets the highest standards of conditioning and playability. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of agronomy, turfgrass management, and a passion for delivering firm and fast exceptional playing conditions daily.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Turfgrass Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in golf course maintenance
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of turfgrass varieties, cultural practices, and pest/disease management.
• Proficiency in irrigation system operation and maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in computer applications and relevant software.

Compensation
$75,000 per year.
