Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Support the Head Golf Professional in managing all aspects of the club’s golf operation, including member services, tournaments, merchandising, instruction, and daily play. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to grow within the private club industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Assist in the management of daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, pace of play, and enforcement of club policies.
• Coordinate and execute member tournaments, outings, and other events.
• Provide individual and group golf instruction to players of all skill levels.
• Oversee merchandising operations including inventory management, sales, and visual displays in the golf shop.
• Supervise and train outside service and golf shop staff.
• Club repair and fittings as needed.
• Maintain a high level of personal presentation and professionalism at all times.
