Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Naples, Florida is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of the Women’s Golf Association (WGA) and Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association (LNGA) programs. This role focuses on membership engagement, tournament and event execution, teaching and mentoring, and the overall growth of women’s golf at the club. The position will serve as a key liaison between members, event chairs, and the club’s professional and operational staff.

Membership & Player Development
• Welcome and onboard new WGA and LNGA members.
o Collect and input complete membership forms into Golf Genius.
o Assist members with establishing appropriate handicaps.
• Ensure compliance with WGA/LNGA policies and procedures, including event cancellation policies.
• Provide golf instruction and mentorship to grow the game among women members.
• Deliver weekly Rules of Golf education sessions.

Event & Tournament Management
• Manage weekly Non-Event Days:
o Create event registrations and promotional materials (flyers, guest flyers, booklets, scorecards).
o Prepare pairings, scoring, and communicate results and payouts in coordination with accounting.
• Organize and oversee major events including but not limited to:
o Opening & Closing Days, Color Wars, Fall & Spring Charity Events, Creek Cup, Presidents Cup, Member-Member, Queens Classic, Triple Crown, and the One-Day Member-Guests.
• Collaborate with Tournament Chairs and Presidents to establish event formats and themes.
• Design and distribute flyers across multiple platforms:
o Golf Genius, Club Website, and the Ladies Locker Room.
• Coordinate with Event Chairs and Director of Retail for tournament favors and prize purchasing through the golf shop.
• Post all prize credits promptly upon event completion.
• Create and manage tournament package revenue with accurate cost distribution.

Requirements:
3 years of experience.

Compensation:
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
