Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Old Hickory, Tennessee is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be both energetic and outgoing in personality. This person will need to be highly motivated, able to take direction, and be a self-starter.

Primary responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
1. Assist the Shop Manager and Director of Golf in all facets of the golf operation.
2. Be a self-motivated team member with excellent communication skills.
3. Assist with any tournament responsibilities.
4. Assist in merchandise receiving and processing as needed.
5. Assist with general Golf instruction, clinics, and programs.
6. Responsible for checking in golfers and selling merchandise.
7. Assist customers on course with the pace of play.
8. Counter operations and assist customers as needed.

Requirements:
Ability to utilize Golf software, Teesnap.
Practical knowledge of golf equipment and repair, and general knowledge of golf course operations and maintenance.
Knowledge of USGA Rules of Golf and how to apply them.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
PGM, College Graduate, or Entry Level accepted.
Entry-level position accepted and will be taught all facets of the golf industry.

Compensation:
$17.00 per hour.
