Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Woodinville, Washington is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This individual will play a vital role in delivering exceptional golf experiences for our members and guests while upholding the high standards of our club’s culture and commitment to excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in all aspects of the golf operation, working under the direction of the head golf professional and side by side with other assistant golf professionals.
• Assist head golf professional in merchandise operations. Assistant golf professional will work on golf shop organization and display, ordering and receiving, inventory management, special orders, billing, and invoicing.
• Teaching and coaching BCCC members the game of golf.
• Any other duties and tasks related to the golf operation.
• Daily golf shop operations including opening and closing, tee sheet management, and point of sale.
• Assist in tournament operations including men’s club, women’s club, junior golf, and couples club.
• Assistant golf professional will be seen as a lead to the outside service team.
• Work side by side with other assistant golf professionals in managing and supervising outside service operation.
• Duties will include but not limited to: running bag drop and bag storage, driving range operations, golf cart operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in golf operations.
Level 1 or higher PGA associate. If not started PGA program, desire to start is expected.
Organized, able to work in fast paced environment.
Merchandise operations background is beneficial.
Supervisory and leadership skills recommended.
Golf operation outside service experience is beneficial.
High school diploma required.
Love for the game of golf.
Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Playing ability considered a plus.

Compensation:
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour.
