Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Naples, Florida is looking for a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This position is ideal for someone passionate about golf operations, with aspirations of becoming a Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf, or General Manager. Of particular focus, we are looking for someone who has interest in expanding their golf knowledge with career aspirations to become a Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf or General Manager.

Essential responsibilities:
• Providing exemplary customer service to all members and guests.
• Assisting with:
o Chelsea Tee Sheet administration.
o Golf event execution using Golf Genius.
o Pace of play monitoring with TagMarshal.
• Supporting our Tournament Director with:
o Weekly Men’s 18 & 9 hole leagues.
o Weekly Ladies’ 18 & 9 hole leagues.
• Offering high-quality golf instruction to members.
• Coordinating and assisting with monthly complimentary clinics.
• Performing club fittings as needed.
• Assisting our outside services team.
• Assist the team with merchandising operation.
• Actively playing golf with members and guests when possible.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of club rules and regulations.

Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills both as an individual, and in a team environment.
PGA Member, Apprentice or Student in a PGM program is required.
Must possess strong organizational, leadership and fast-thinking skills.
Knowledge of GolfGenius, Jonas, Chelsea and TagMarshal is preferred, but not required.
Thrives in a team-oriented, member-first environment.
Is eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving club setting.
Brings positive energy, professionalism, and a welcoming personality.
Isn’t afraid to step out of their comfort zone and have fun doing it.

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour.
