Golf Shop Professional
Golf course in Naples, Florida is looking for a Golf Shop Professional.

Position Overview:
Be positive, energetic, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, check-in/check-out process, billing services to Golf Club members/nonmembers, answering telephones, scheduling T-Times, and processing reports. This position is for full-time year-round employment.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a working knowledge and conduct opening, interim and closing procedures.
• Conduct operations through the POS system (reservations, check-in, processing payments, etc.).
• Provide exceptional member/guest service with enthusiasm and a smile.
• Provide inventory management assistance to the Merchandise Coordinator.
• Promote all club activities and services.
• Assist the Golf Professionals with tournaments and leagues junior instruction.
• Ability to work with others and as a team
• Perform cleaning duties in the Golf Shop as needed.
• Club Regripping available for experienced individual.

Requirements:
Individual must have customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills are encouraged.
High School diploma required.
1 year customer service and/or retail experience.
Golf knowledge preferred.
Strong organizational aptitude and communication skills.
Professionalism and prior experience with POS systems.
Advanced computer skills including Word and Excel as well as excellent written and communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Compensation:
$17.00 – $21.00 per hour.
