3rd Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in The Woodlands, Texas is looking for a 3rd Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and Manage Outside Service Staff
o Bag Drop: Assist members and guests with their golf bags upon arrival and departure, ensuring proper handling and storage.
o Cart Management: Oversee the golf cart fleet, ensuring they are clean, charged, and primed for use. Maintain cart storage area efficiently.
o Driving Range Operations: Maintain the practice range, guaranteeing balls are picked, cleaned, and properly stocked for member use.
2. Starting and Monitoring Play: Manage tee times, facilitating a smooth flow of play and ensuring members and guests enjoy their time at the club.
3. Golf Shop Duties: Assist in the golf shop operations, setting up tee times, attending to member needs, managing inventory, and ensuring the shop is neat and inviting.
4. Member Engagement: Engage with members regularly, discerning their preferences and ensuring a personalized experience at the club.
5. Event Support: Aid in the organization and management of club events, tournaments, and member outings.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively within the golf department and other departments, ensuring service consistency and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:
Profound knowledge of golf etiquette and the game.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with Golf Genius and POS systems.
A genuine passion for creating memorable golfing experiences for our members and their guests.
A desire to grow and excel in the golf industry.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
