Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Dallas, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist the Golf Professional team in all aspects of the Golf Operation.

Expectations:
• Learn Individual Member’s names, needs, and preferences; deliver and exceed their expectations
• Be driven to learn all aspects of the golf industry, always seeking to learn new methods and programs that will help enhance our member/guest experience.
• Handle tasks with a sense of urgency regardless of what is going on.

Requirements:
4 Year Degree (preferred).
Basic exposure to golf operations.
Experience working as part of a Team.
Someone who puts their team first.
Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.
Strong playing ability: passionate about his/her game, motivated to improve.
Heavily involved in our Year Long Junior Programming.
Play major role in delivering the Northwood Experience while learning the Green Grass Operation from the ground, up.
Eventually involved in all aspects of the operation.
