Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Michigan City, Indiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated Assistant Superintendent to broaden their skills to become a Golf Course Superintendent. The position will assume a strong leadership role in guiding the maintenance team as well as assisting in the planning/execution of agronomic practices, the art of leadership, budgeting, and interaction with senior team members the membership.

Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with preferred.
Entry-level to multiple years of golf course maintenance experience.
Dedication to the craft of golf course maintenance.
Willing to be part of a team and positive demeanor.
Understanding of and dedicated to executing the unique requirements of golf course maintenance.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $65,000 per year.
