Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Help us grow our rapidly-expanding business. The position will provide excellent service to our customers, offer exemplary golf instruction, manage and maintain the golf academy facilities, and assist with company operations.

Duties:
• Assist the head golf professional in all areas of daily golf operations.
• Be a great ambassador for the company and exceed members and guest expectations.
• Instruct and lead clinics, lessons, and golf schools for players of all abilities and ages.
• Maintain golf simulator space and organization of golf equipment.
• Assist with golf events, including preparation, execution, and follow-up for each event.
• Perform club fittings and club repair services.
• Embrace the retail operation and assist in all areas of merchandising.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, golf technology, and teaching techniques through ongoing training and education.

Requirements:
PGA or LPGA membership or associate membership.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of golf operations.
Ability to teach and lead golf instruction for players of all abilities and ages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and golf management software.
