Outside Golf Operations Manager
Golf course in Littlestown, Pennsylvania is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Manager.

Position Overview:
Plans, promotes and directs all golf activities in effort to positively impact the guest experience while driving reach, rounds, and revenue. Ensures every dollar spent, or saved, is done with a purpose, with a reason, and with a motivation to make a positive business impact.

Duties:
• Implement the Golf’s Tee Sheet Approach including inventory, pricing and channel analysis.
• Grow email, social media and text contact databases.
• Target new customers and groups for increased rounds.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain new players.
• Hire and train quality staff across departments, depending on operational scale.
• Apply strategic reporting tools to assess performance.
• Deliver a consistent high-quality experience for members, customers and guests.
• Oversee ordering, tracking, receiving and inventory management.
• Manage cart fleet, practice facility, pro shop and operational staff presentation and process.
• Direct tournaments and outings from planning to execution.
• Create and execute full-scale sales and marketing plans including:
• Market evaluations
• Tee sheet optimization
• Database utilization for extended reach
• Implement key GreatLIFE Golf initiatives.
• Maintain all digital communications including websites, email and social platforms.
• Produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Manage all aspects of membership including tracking, sales, retention and collections.
• Drive overall financial performance and accountability.
• Develop and implement operational budgets.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:
$45,000 – $50,000 per year.
