Golf course in Wellington, Florida is looking for a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Work closely and fit in seamlessly with the golf operations team to ensure members and guests enjoy a relaxing and enriching experience both on and off the course. The ideal candidate is service-focused, team-oriented, and motivated to uphold and exceed the high standards of our club.

Duties:
• Provide superior service and hospitality to members and guests, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
• Assist in the daily operations of the golf shop, tee sheet management, merchandising, and tournament preparation.
• Lead and support golf instruction programs including private lessons, clinics, and junior golf.
• Coordinate and execute member events, outings, and tournaments with a high level of detail and enthusiasm.
• Promote and support a team atmosphere among staff while maintaining the standards of the club.
• Monitor pace of play and course etiquette, ensuring the best possible experience for all golfers.
• Engage and play with members to create lasting relationships, this includes playing with members.

Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant experience in a private club or high-end golf environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural hospitality mindset.
Proficient in golf shop software (Golf Genius, Jonas, Office Suite) is a plus.
Passion for growing the game and being part of a collaborative, team-driven culture.
