Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Midlothian, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Help take care of our outstanding membership and outing business. PGA certification is not a requirement to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurate and detail-driven management of Men’s, Women’s, Senior, and other organized golf associations, including extensive use of Golf Genius software.
• Merchandising the golf shop, including inventory, re-stocking, and entering inventory items.
• Hiring, disciplining, and developing a team of outside services employees.
• Tournament management including charity outings, member tournaments, and league play.
• Public speaking and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Schedule includes:
• 10-hour shifts.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Day shifts.
• Holidays.
• Weekends as needed.

Requirements:
Green Grass Golf: 3 years of experience.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year.
