Head Golf Coach
School in Rockingham, North Carolina is looking for a Head Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Provide leadership in the development, organization, and management of a successful high school golf program that promotes academic success, sportsmanship, and the overall growth of student-athletes.

Duties:
• Oversee all aspects of the golf program including scheduling, instruction, supervision, and program development.
• Plan and conduct effective practices that develop skill.
• Work directly with Foxfire Golf Club to coordinate practice schedules and host team tournaments.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, families, school staff, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with NCHSAA, district, and school athletic policies.
• Coordinate transportation needs and logistics with the athletic department.

Requirements:
Prior experience coaching golf at the high school, collegiate, or professional level.
Knowledge of golf techniques and rules.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to obtain.
A valid CDL or a willingness to obtain one is strongly preferred to assist with transportation needs.
Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
