Boys Golf Coach
School in Hingham, Massachusetts is looking for a Boys Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Responsible for fostering a positive and competitive team environment while helping student athletes grow in both their skills and personal character. Requires in-depth knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of the specific sport you coach. Coaching staff report directly to the Athletic Director and are expected to follow the policies and procedures of Hingham Public Schools.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective practice sessions focused on skill development, course strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Teach the skills and strategies to student-athletes in grades 9–12.
• Be a role model and teacher of the game, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork.
• Support student-athletes in achieving both athletic and academic success.
• Work collaboratively with the entire coaching staff to ensure program consistency and continuity.
• Other duties may include practice, game day coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment, determining awards for students, and providing the athletic department with a list of team needs.

Requirements:
Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
Experience coaching high school specific sport; experience working with students.
Flexible problem solver with strong sense of initiative and personal responsibility.
Experience working with various stakeholders within a school community.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Trained/certified in or will become trained/certified in CPR, and First Aid/Concussion.
