Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Oro Valley, Arizona is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the golf industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting and growing the game.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily operations of the golf shop.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Support the planning and execution of tournaments, events, and outings.
• Conduct golf clinics and individual lessons to help players of all levels improve their game.
• Manage tee sheet bookings and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with merchandising, including inventory control, ordering, and display.
• Ensure compliance with golf rules and regulations and enforce club policies.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to promote a positive team environment and efficient operations.
• Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new members and increase participation.

Requirements:
PGA Member or Associate in good standing.
Previous experience in golf course operations or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with golf management software.
Passion for the game of golf and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
