Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in El Dorado, Arkansas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Opening and closing of the pro shop.
• 1-2 shifts working with the guest services team per week.
• 5-day work weeks during the offseason, up to 6-day work weeks during season based on club schedule.
• Managing the pro shop and guest services operations, including scheduling and supervision of these departments.
• Support in training new hires.
• Assisting with tournament operations.
• Assist with merchandise operations: purchasing, receiving, displaying, and inventory.
• Play golf with members, including Pro-Am events when possible.
• Teaching lessons, including responsibility for creating a summer junior golf program.
• Club repair opportunities (re-gripping, re-shafting, etc.), using Gallus golf tournament software.
• Always conducting yourself in a professional manner.

Requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience in golf operations.
Have passed your PAT
Level 1 in the PGA PGM Associate Program.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
