Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Henderson, Nevada is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Oversee all golf operations, ensuring top-tier service, operational efficiency, and a thriving golf community. This leadership role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in staff management, customer service, and golf instruction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily golf operations including tee time & tournament scheduling, merchandise sales, and cart fleet management.
• Lead and mentor the golf staff, including assistants, starter/marshals, and outside player service team.
• Deliver high-quality individual and group golf instruction.
• Oversee golf shop operations including inventory control, merchandising, and POS systems.
• Organize and execute in-house & public tournaments, leagues, and clinics.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience and promote a culture of hospitality.
• Collaborate with course superintendent and clubhouse staff to ensure smooth overall operations.
• Maintain a strong presence on the course and in the golf shop.

Systems:
• Tee sheet – EZLinks.
• Point of sale – EZSuites.
• CRM – TripleSeat.
• Tournament software – Gallus.
• Payroll – Paylocity.

Requirements:
PGA Class A Membership (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years of experience at a public or private facility. Not nessesarily as a Head Golf Professional, but equivalent relevant experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of golf course POS systems, tournament software, and inventory management.
Passion for growing the game of golf and building community.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
