Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assists the 1st Assistant Golf Professional and/or Head Golf Professional in managing all golf and golf-related activities at the facility.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the facility and staff.
• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Coordinate individual, group, and tournament play as directed by the 1st Assistant Golf Professional or Head Golf Professional.
• Step in for the 1st Assistant Golf Professional when they are absent.
• Produce daily reports related to rounds, sales, and other activities for management.
• Collaborate with the Marshall and Starter to monitor all aspects of play, including pace of play, safety, and course markings.
• Provide customer service to guests, expediting their check-in process.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:
1-2 years of golf industry experience preferred.
College degree (PGM) preferred.
PGA Member or Apprentice.
Strong customer/guest orientation.
Effective communication skills.
Highly polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly.
Basic computer skills required.
Dependable and reliable.
