Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Concord, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Assign and supervise staff on daily tasks and assignments.
• Assist in fertilizer and pesticide applications and keep proper documentation of all applications.
• Provide feedback on daily course maintenance practices, projects, employee evaluations, and the hiring and training of new employees.
• Assist in irrigation scheduling, maintenance, and repair.
• Training of all new employees.

Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Possess or be able to obtain a NC pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
Promote a positive relationship within the Agronomy team.
Ability to interact well with others in a team environment.
Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:
$20 – $23 per hour.
