Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Bolton, Massachusetts is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Direct all aspects of turfgrass maintenance and daily operations for the course.
• Develop and implement comprehensive agronomic plans aligned with seasonal and long-term goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a skilled maintenance team, including the Assistant Superintendent and seasonal staff.
• Collaborate with the Director of Agronomy and club leadership to enhance overall course conditions and the member experience.
• Oversee irrigation system operation, scheduling, troubleshooting, and repairs using Toro VP satellite control.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards related to pesticide applications and environmental practices.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation for the reopening of the Pines Course.
• Operate within a set budget and assist in long-range planning for equipment and infrastructure needs.

Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in turf management or related field or certificate trades training and work-related experience in turf management.

Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 per year.
