Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Rowlett, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Responsible for the product quality, agronomic management and daily maintenance of the golf course, clubhouse grounds and driving range. You will be communicating directly with the General Manager and Regional Support Team.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the golf course in proper playing condition according to company standards.
• Ability and confidence to communicate challenges/issues quickly and accurately with the superintendent.
• Supervise and direct the work of maintenance staff.
• Create and support a high-performance team while maintaining a positive, safe, and enjoyable work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings/training with maintenance staff.

Requirements:
1-3 years as an assistant superintendent or assistant in training.
Valid driver’s license.
Highly motivated individual with attention to detail.
Rainbird irrigation experience.
Strong communication skills.
Computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, or ability to learn.
Spanish speaking is a plus.

Compensation:
$40,000 – $55,000 per year.
