Outside Golf Services Supervisor
Golf course in Huntersville, North Carolina is looking for an Outside Golf Services Supervisor.

Position Overview:
Lead a team that produces outstanding customer service to its members and guests.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversee all outdoor areas of the club that includes club storage, carts and cart facilities, practice facilities, starters, and golf course.
• Assist with the operational performances of the golf services team.
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members to meet facilities expectations.
• Efficiently supervise 10–20 team members to create a customer service experience second to none.
• Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic quality of the facilities.
• Understand and respond to all member and guest needs or requests in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
4 years of golf operations experience minimum.
Valid driver’s license.

Compensation:
$13.00 – $16.00 per hour.
