Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Lafayette, Louisiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for assisting in the maintenance, care, and overall improvement of the golf course. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of course conditions are met.

Requirements:
Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance, with supervisory experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of turfgrass management practices, irrigation systems, and pest control.
Ability to operate and train staff on golf course maintenance equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Louisiana pesticide applicator’s license.
Passion for the game of golf and commitment to maintaining high-quality course conditions.

Compensation:
$50,000 – $70,000 per year.
