Outside Golf Operations Professional
Golf course in Hallandale Beach, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Professional.

Position Overview:
Plays a critical role in delivering an elite golf experience.

Exceptional Service & Member Experience
• Deliver a five-star level of personalized service to all members and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless golfing experience.
• Anticipate and fulfill member needs before they ask, fostering a culture of proactive service.
• Uphold professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency in all interactions.

Golf Cart & Bag Management:
• Ensure golf carts are impeccably maintained, clean, and fully stocked with water, towels, tees, and scorecards before each round.
• Manage bag storage operations, ensuring clubs are always clean, in proper condition, and promptly delivered to the member’s cart upon arrival.
• Conduct routine cart fleet inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate timely repairs.

Practice Facility & On-Course Support:
• Maintain the driving range, short game area, and practice greens to the highest standards, ensuring they are always stocked with quality golf balls, towels, and water.
• Rotate practice stations and keep the range organized, clean, and appealing throughout the day.
• Provide on-course assistance with pace of play monitoring, guest engagement, and service touchpoints such as cold towels, snacks, and hydration.

Tournament & Event Support:
• Assist with tournament preparations, including cart staging, bag drop coordination, and range setup.
• Support the golf professional team in executing member events, ensuring all logistics and details align with Shell Bay’s luxury service standards.
• Assist with scoring and prize distribution while delivering a seamless tournament experience.

Club & Equipment Care:
• Provide premium club cleaning services after each round, ensuring member equipment is returned in pristine condition.

Teamwork & Operational Excellence:
• Work closely with the Golf Professionals, Caddies, and Course Maintenance Team to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about club events, course conditions, and golf operations to provide accurate information to members.
• Contribute to an efficient and organized outside operations team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour.
