Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Dallas, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Club/Head Professional, to work in the golf shop (responsibilities: achieving sales targets through providing excellent customer service at all times, giving advice and up-selling products and services, taking responsibility for the golf shop being tidy and professionally presented at all times, proactively promoting and merchandising the stock, stock control and, where required, assisting with the ordering of stock and services), organize and deliver coaching for individuals and groups, assist in organizing and running competitions, perform club repairs and custom fitting.

Duties:
• Pro Shop Under the direction of the Club/Head Professional, to work in the golf shop (responsibilities: achieving sales targets through providing excellent customer service at all times, giving advice and up-selling products and services, taking responsibility for the golf shop being tidy and professionally presented at all times, proactively promoting and merchandising the stock, stock control and, where required, assisting with the ordering of stock and services).
• Providing Lessons to the Membership Organize and deliver coaching for individuals and groups, assist in organizing and running competitions.
• Club Repairs Perform club repairs and custom fitting.
• PGA Junior League Organize and deliver coaching for the PGA Junior League.
• Golf Genius Assist Head Professional with managing leagues and tournaments with the platform.
• Tournament/Leagues Assist Head Professional with the setup, running, and scoring of tournaments and leagues.

Requirements:
Knowledge of golf course operations, tournament set up, proshop operations, course management, club repair and ability to provide lessons and clinics.
Proficient in Golf Genius.

Compensation:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour.
