Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Benton Harbor, Michigan is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Play a vital role within the course management team. As an integral member of the team, the position will be involved in overseeing various upcoming projects, to help expand and enhance the property. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring the course meets the highest standards, managing staff, and collaborating closely with the Superintendent, Assistant, and Equipment Manager. The position will be exposed to all aspects of golf course maintenance including but not limited to chemical and fertilizer applications, budget prep, building the annual agronomy plan, monitor and set up of daily irrigation, coordination with contractors, and leading and managing staff with an emphasis on the particular areas you feel will take you to the next level within the industry. Requirements:
Construction experience preferred.
Strong agronomic background.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay on task to complete daily goals.

Compensation:
$55,000 per year.
Medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, free golf, and uniform allowance.
