Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Export, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Play a crucial role in working closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure the highest standards of golf course maintenance are met. This individual will lead the maintenance staff in day-to-day operations, overseeing water management, chemical applications, fertilizer applications, and associated record keeping. The position will be responsible for implementing maintenance plans, scheduling tasks, and ensuring the golf course is maintained at an exceptional level. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with the Superintendent on course improvement projects, budget management, and staff training. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep knowledge of turf management practices, and a passion for maintaining golf courses to the highest standards.

Requirements:
2-year certificate, associates, BS in turfgrass science/agronomy or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in golf course maintenance or related field.
Strong knowledge of water management, chemical, and fertilizer applications.
Experience with record keeping and maintenance scheduling.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of turfgrass maintenance practices and equipment.
PA pesticide license: turfgrass (possess/obtain within 3 months of employment).

Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year.
