Outside Golf Operations Supervisor
Golf Course in Riverdale, Iowa is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Supervisor.

Position Overview:
Responsible for assisting the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Golf Professional with managing daily golf-related activities; including cart fleet management, bag room facilities, tee times, and tournaments.

Duties:
1. Assist with the supervising and training of employees.
2. Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day operations, tournaments, leagues and special golf events.
3. Enforce golf and club rules and regulations.
4. Maintain visible presence at the club during peak times of play.

Requirements:
Experience in customer service.
High school diploma/GED.
Communication: listening, speaking, writing, reading comprehension, and tact.
Organizational skills.
Decision making and judgment.
Attention to detail.
Client focus.
Relationship building.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $18.00 per hour.
