Outside Golf Operations Supervisor
Golf Course in Humble, Texas is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Supervisor.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Oversee entire outside operation.
• Manage cart fleet of 160.
• Oversee range operations.
• Maintain practice area cleanliness.
• Cart barn/bag storage organization.
• Greet and welcome members & guests.
• Assist golf professional staff with golf operations.
• Providing exceptional service to members & guests.
• Play a role in scheduling staff.
• Actively manage and oversee outside staff.
• Assist the professional staff with inventory of towels, range balls, tees, scorecards, pencils, and shag bags.
• Train and integrate new employees.
• Provide guidance and feedback to new employees.
• Making sure goals and expectations are met every day.
• Ensuring staff is engaged and responsible during business hours.

Requirements:
1-2 years of outside service.
Golf knowledge.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $17.00 per hour.
