Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Course in Saint Charles, Illinois is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while promoting a welcoming atmosphere in the golf shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for golf, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction for members and guests.

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, ideally within a golf or sporting goods environment.
Familiarity with collaboration sales techniques is a plus, along with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Basic knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.
Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills, effective communication skills orally and in writing.
Self-motivated with a service and customer focused attitude.

Compensation:
$19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
