Outside Golf Services Supervisor
Golf Course in Castle Rock, Colorado is looking for an Outside Golf Services Supervisor.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership, customer relations skills and other appropriate technical skills needed to exceed member and guest expectations and elevate the club to its rightful position as one of Colorado’s most elite and prestigious clubs.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Greets members and their guests while maintaining a friendly, positive, helping, and motivated attitude.
• Communicates appropriately and effectively with all departments regarding member and guest activity.
• Responsible for cleanliness, stocking, and trash duties of bag room, bag drop, and staging area daily.
• Stages practice tee and putting green area with all necessary items such as balls, bag stands, etc. Stages golf carts in staging area.
• Performs daily maintenance for the practice area: stocking golf balls, picking the range, cleaning up broken tees, and trash.
• Cleans member and guest golf clubs.
• Interacts with members and conducts oneself in a professional manner. Maintains a professional image.
• Responsible for managing outside service team when Managers are not present.

Requirements:
A minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Strong, fair, and respectful leadership abilities with past management experience.
PGA Member or apprentice preferred, but not required.
Private golf facility or high-end golf resort work experience preferred.

Compensation:
$13.50 – $14.00 per hour.
