Director of Golf
Golf Course in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania is looking for a Director of Golf.

Position Overview:
As a key figure in the club’s redevelopment, this role will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, growing revenue, and establishing the club as a premier destination for golf, dining, and events in the region.

Duties:
• Overseeing all aspects of clubhouse operations, including golf, food & beverage, events, and facility management, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Leading the completion of clubhouse renovations by collaborating with architects, contractors, and owners to meet design and operational goals.
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow membership, maximize revenue from events, and enhance the club’s reputation as a top-tier destination.
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring a professional staff team across all departments, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Managing operational budgets, monitoring financial performance, and executing initiatives to increase profitability and efficiency.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and golf outings, to ensure exceptional experiences for all guests.
• Ensuring the successful launch of golf operations, including pro shop completion, simulator use, and seasonal golf services.
• Working with ownership to help see through the long-term master plan for the property, aligning with the vision of continuous improvement and community engagement.

Requirements:
Proven experience in golf operations management, food and beverage services, and event planning, ideally in a public or semi-private golf club setting.
Demonstrated ability to revitalize facilities, lead renovations, and oversee transformative projects with a focus on enhancing member and guest experiences.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management, revenue generation, and ROI-focused strategic planning.
Effective leadership skills to recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of professionals across golf, food and beverage, and clubhouse operations.
Expertise in marketing and brand development to establish the club as a premier destination in the region.
Knowledge of golf course maintenance, operations, and HOA relationships, with a commitment to providing an exceptional golf experience.

Compensation:
$80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.
