Golf course in Farmington, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
• Work with the superintendent to communicate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Coordinate, supervise, and follow-up on all crew assignments.
• Work well under pressure while balancing multiple priorities and assignments.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast environment where continuous improvement is expected.
• Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards and attention to details.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or certificate program.
Combination of education and experience.

Compensation:
$18 – $20 per hour.
