2nd Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This position will be involved in the entire golf operation, including but not limited to:
• Tournament operations for league and member events with the use of Golf Genius tournament software.
• Assisting with the coordination and execution of league play – Ladies and Men’s 9 and 18-hole leagues.
• Providing lessons and assisting with golfer development programs such as Operation 36.
• Assisting with the Junior Golf Program including clinics, camps, and PGA Junior League.
• Provide club fittings using Trackman or Foresight GC Quad launch monitor.
• Encouraging and enforcing the daily “4-hour pace of play standard”.
• Club repair – regripping of members clubs.
• Providing customer service to our members that is consistent, inclusive, and welcoming to all.
• Assisting with the supervision of the outside golf operations staff
• Merchandising – ordering, receiving, displaying, selling, advertising
• Continuing to learn and find ways to supplement your training by reading articles, attending seminars, asking questions, etc.

Requirements:
At least 2-3 years working as an assistant golf professional or management experience at a green grass facility.
Registered LPGA or PGA apprentice or member preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Experience in golf instruction (private and group lessons).
Knowledge of Golf Genius software (golf shop, tournament management, Coach 360).

Compensation:
$50,000.00 per year.
