Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Bandon, Oregon is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Interact with and provide Trips of a Lifetime to all guests and visitors of the resort.
• Be an active team member assisting with daily golf operations, including:
• Guest check-in.
• Starting play.
• Pace of play.
• Merchandise management and sales.
• Cash and credit card handling.
• Daily reporting.
• Be fully knowledgeable of golf shop merchandise – features and benefits.
• Maintain clean, presentable, and fully stocked merchandise displays.
• Assist in organizing and implementing tournaments, group outings, and special events.
• Assist the Director of Instruction with links clinics, instruction, and Junior Golf Programs.
• Ensure accurate tracking of types and quantity of golf rounds, monitor guest preferences, usage patterns, and satisfaction with company products and services.
• Perform other golf resort duties as required.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree preferred.
PGM associate or better preferred.
Demonstrated experience and capability in customer service, retail sales, and customer satisfaction.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Flexibility to work days/nights/weekends.
Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.

Compensation:
$19.00 – $20.00 per hour.
