Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Bend, Oregon is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assists the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager with the day-to-day activities related to the golf operation while providing members and guests with phenomenal customer service.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in the training, supervising and motivating staff to meet Tetherow operational standards.
• Provide phenomenal customer service to all members, resort guests, vendors, and fellow staff in a professional manner.
• Manage the Tee sheet/ POS system and monitor pace of play.
• Collaborate with Director of Golf to develop, market, and implement an innovative Junior golf program.
• Complete golf club fitting and repair as needed.
• Assist in planning and executing all Tournament operations.
• Complete daily visual merchandising duties including restocking, folding, and keeping the shop clean at all times.
• Maintain an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events.
• Play golf and teach members, resort guests, and lodge guests.

Requirements:
PGA Apprenticeship or Enrollment encouraged, high-school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Previous experience and employment at accredited golf operations highly preferred.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
