Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Grand Island, Nebraska is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position is a year-round position assisting the Head Professional in all facets of the golf operation.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with leagues and tournaments.
• Manage PGA Jr League/ Junior golf camps.
• Ability to teach golfers of all skill levels in individual and group settings.
• Provide club fitting services to members/guests.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Assist in coordinating golf activities with other departments.
• Play golf with a variety of members.
• Assist in inventory control of golf shop merchandise and special orders.
• Assist with the management of outside service staff to ensure the highest quality of customer service.

Requirements:
Class A Professional preferred, but will consider all applicants.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, POS software, and Golf Genius.
Must have an outgoing and friendly personality.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
