Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Oradell, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Provides an expansion of our golf operations staff, creating more opportunities to elevate the overall golf experience. This individual will have a large role in enhancing our customer service, tournament operations, retail operations, and golf instruction offerings.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in all areas of daily golf operations.
• Be a great ambassador for the club and exceed members and guests service expectations.
• Utilize Golf Genius tournament software to coordinate tournaments cohesively with all staff.
• Embrace the retail operation and assist in all areas of merchandising.
• Play a key role in expanding golf instruction offerings, specifically growing our junior golf programs.
• Monitor pace of play and provide on-course delivery service.
• Provide golf club fittings and actively engage with members on the practice tee.
• Play golf with members through “Play with a Pro” program and other opportunities.
• Be a great leader for the outside operations team and a mentor to internship class.
• Work cohesively with the professional staff through consistent communication and attention to detail.
• Continue to develop both professionally and personally.
• All other duties as needed.

Requirements:
PGA Member or PGA Associate.

Compensation:
$825.00 – $950.00 per week.
