Position Overview:
Work alongside the Head Professional and merchandise manager as a team to provide members and guests a first-class golfing experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Work with the current team to provide an outstanding golf experience for every member and guest who visits Beechmont.
• Assist in organizing and overseeing golf tournaments, events, and outings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experiences for all participants.
• Assist in managing tee times, golf shop sales, running weekly and multi-day major events.
• Responsible for providing professional golf instruction for all groups and levels of players. This includes private lessons, clinics, playing lessons, junior golf camps, and PGA Junior League Golf.
• Assist in maintaining the golf shop appearance, ensuring merchandise displays are appealing and inventory is well-stocked.
• Passionate about the golf business and have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service.
• Devoted to playing golf with members.
• Support the Head Golf Professional in administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with members.

Requirements:
Professional Golf Management graduates with 2-5 years’ experience as an Assistant Professional are preferred.
Professionals with the desire to work seasonally North & South are encouraged.
Strong computer skills.
Experience running/assisting member tournaments.
Ability to communicate with members about various aspects of golf.

Compensation:
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour.
