Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Kilmarnock, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations under the direction of the Head Golf Professional.
• Assist in tournament operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service skills daily.
• Assist in managing the instruction program including Junior Golf, Clinics, etc.
• Assist in Golf Shop operations and merchandising.
• Assist in tracking rounds and daily billing.
• Play golf with the membership regularly.
• Maintain a high level of visibility among the membership.
• Maintain a positive workplace environment.

Requirements:
PGA Member or associate preferred. If not in the PGA associate program, the ideal candidate is one that has a strong desire to become a PGA Member.
College degree preferred but not required.
Private club experience preferred but not required.

Compensation:
$46,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year.
