Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Oakdale, California is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Works to support the Superintendent in the daily orchestration of tasks for the crew, as well as to help define and implement the long-term goals for the operation.  The Golf Course Maintenance Department is a fast-paced team-oriented environment with a focus on hard work, and efficient implementation of organized task plans, with the goal of providing a superior golf experience for our membership. Duties will include day-to-day golf course management, with some long-term planning, prioritization of everyday operation, application calibration and supervision of chemical/fertilizer applications, irrigation troubleshooting and repair, employee training and supervision, safety program implementation, environmental programs, clubhouse grounds maintenance, driving range maintenance, and assistance with budget preparation. The assistant will have experience in Irrigation troubleshooting and Toro Lynx systems. They will work with the superintendent on pesticide applications. They will assist in daily operations by delegating crew jobs. They will also have a keen eye for golf course standards and quality control. Self-motivated and can manage in the absence of the Superintendent.

Requirements:
High school or equivalent (preferred).
Must be able to obtain a QAC with a year from start of employment.

Compensation:
$68,640 – $70,000 per year.
