Golf Shop Manager
Golf Shop in Denver, Colorado is looking for a Golf Shop Manager.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
• Oversee daily operations of the golf shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure proper management and functioning of the tee sheet, and that all club rules and policies are being followed.
• Manage seasonal staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure the golf shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Greet and assist members, offering expert advice on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
• Handle member inquiries, reservations, and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Inventory Management:
• Ensure that all member special ordered processes are being followed and completed for all orders.
• Assist Head Golf Professionals and Director of Retail in quarterly full inventory counts and monthly spot checks.
• Spot-check items that are needed for stock and place fill-in orders.

Staff Management:
• In charge of scheduling all seasonal staff for the golf shop and ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained.
• Responsible for hiring, training and coaching all seasonal golf shop employees.

Requirements:
Previous experience in golf retail management, or golf shop experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
$23 – $26 per hour.
