Golf Shop Manager
Golf Club in Boca Raton, Florida is looking for a Golf Shop Manager.

Position Overview:
In addition to managing daily operations, you will curate a diverse selection of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories that cater to our members’ needs and enhance their overall experience on the course. A deep understanding of current trends in golf merchandise and equipment is essential for ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with the Head Golf Professional and other department heads to integrate golf shop operations with club events, tournaments, and member engagement activities. Your leadership will foster a culture of teamwork, enabling a seamless experience for members and guests. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, sales forecasting, and staff training to ensure the golf shop operates efficiently and effectively. Implementing strategic marketing initiatives, including promotions and special events, will be key to driving sales and enhancing the visibility of the golf shop as a valuable amenity for our members.

Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality, with a strong understanding of merchandise selection.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
A collaborative team player who can integrate retail into the overall member experience.

Compensation:
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
