Golf Coach
School in Mouth Of Wilson, Virginia is looking for a Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Responsible for recruiting and developing student-athletes, managing the day-to-day operations of the program, and creating an environment that encourages excellence in both golf and academics. This individual will also have the chance to organize summer camps, plan travel experiences, and grow the program through innovative approaches.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a comprehensive golf program, including coaching, training, and competition strategies.
• Recruit and mentor student-athletes to participate in the Golf Academy.
• Oversee all aspects of the golf program, including practices, tournaments, and travel.
• Manage the administration of the program, including scheduling, equipment, and budget oversight.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing to promote the program and recruit new golfers.
• Develop and lead golf summer camps and other revenue-generating opportunities.
• Foster an environment that promotes academic success, character development, and personal growth for student-athletes.

Requirements:
High-level experience in golf, either as a player or coach, with a deep understanding of the sport.
Strong leadership skills with a charismatic, motivating personality.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to recruit, market, and grow the Golf Academy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to student development, both on and off the course.
