Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Andover, Kansas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This person must possess the ability to enroll in the PGA Apprentice Program, if not already. Ideally this person is someone looking to get started in the golf business and is wanting to learn all aspects of the golf operation. This position will be very hands on with all the day to day operations of the facility including, teaching, merchandising, employee management, and all business processes.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Day to day operations.
• Tournament operations.
• Merchandising.
• Management of Staff.
• Teaching.
• Jr. Golf.
• Clinics.
• A typical work week is 40-45 hours with 2 days off, employee can expect 1-2 weekend days off a month.
• Employee is encouraged, but not required, to play golf with members.

Requirements:
High school graduate required.
College degree preferred.
Pro shop experience preferred.
Teaching experience preferred.

Compensation:
$31,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year.
