Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training
Country Club in Scarborough, New York is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent, Assistants and staff and will be active in all aspects of the club.

Requirements:
Associate/Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in turf/plant and soil science related major or in the process.
1-2 years as an Intern is preferred.
A willingness to provide exceptional golfing conditions and assist in managing all aspects of the golf course, landscape and staff at the highest level.
Implements proper hand watering practices on putting greens, surrounds, and other playing surfaces.

An individual who wants to be coached by an innovative problem solver who is well connected in the turf industry.

Compensation:
$20 per hour.
