Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Links in Tucker, Georgia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist the Head Golf Professional in the management of key initiatives. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction for our members/guests and the promotion of golf.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Give complete service to all members and guests at the front counter.
• Answer telephone calls and record tee times.
• Open and close out the POS system and handicap terminals according to procedures set by the Golf Shop.
• Keep the Golf Shop neat and clean at all times.
• Assist with pricing, stocking, displaying, and rearranging retail merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining golf shop policies, procedures, and service.
• At the completion of the day’s business, prepare shop for the next day’s business.
• Project a friendly, helpful attitude to all members and guests of the club.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of golf operations, including tournament organization, course set-up, and golf cart maintenance.
Ability to teach and lead golf instruction for players of all abilities and ages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and golf management software.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $18.50 per hour.
