Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Holland, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The position will also be tasked with daily assignments which could include but not limited to: hand-watering greens, mowing and rolling practices, fertilizer and pesticide applications, calibration of spraying equipment, bunker maintenance, irrigation and drainage repair and installation, identification of weeds, diseases, and insects, cultural practices, seeding and sodding, daily course set-up, chainsawing and trimming program during winter months, and anything else that may arise.

Requirements:
Applicants should have a minimum of a turf certificate from a reputable university, or a two or four-year degree in Turfgrass management.
The candidate should also have at least one or two years of golf course experience (internships or assistant in-training, etc.)
Would be required to obtain an Ohio Pesticide License within the first year of employment.

Compensation:
$40,000 – $50,000 per year.
